Cochrane Plan Documents

John Davids has provided documents of the 1990 Cochrane Plan, an innovative attempt to enhance Tiger Stadium’s amenities while preserving the character of the existing ballpark. Greenberg Biographer to Speak at Detroit SABR Chapter Meeting on July 12
